Seller and contact
The seller is Datum Project LP, trading as Realtivio. Seller contact: Leof Kifisias 44, Marousi, Greece; kotzamanisgeo@hotmail.com. The product is intended for adult consumers and businesses in the United States. If you purchase for a business, you must have authority to act for that business.
Availability and agreement
Live sales are not open yet. Owner-only sandbox testing is available without real charges. These terms describe the intended offer once checkout becomes available. Product details, final pricing, and any required acknowledgments will be displayed before an order is confirmed. The applicable terms must be available at checkout.
The digital edition
The offer is 120 AI Prompts for Real Estate Agents: a 97-page PDF ebook and a matching TXT companion. It is a digital reference library, not software, an AI account, a subscription, a CRM integration, or an automated messaging service. Compatible PDF and plain-text readers are required. Third-party AI access is separate.
Price and payment
The planned base price is $14.99 USD for a one-time purchase, before applicable taxes and valid promo discounts. Stripe will show the final amount before payment. Promo codes are created and controlled through the seller’s Stripe account and may be subject to limits or expiry. No purchase is completed until payment is confirmed.
Delivery and refunds
After confirmed payment, the intended delivery method is an automatic email with secure access to both files. See Refunds & digital delivery for the full policy. Digital sales are final except where a refund or other remedy is required by law. Live purchases are disabled; the prepared delivery services can be tested through owner-only sandbox checkout.
Your use of the material
A purchase permits use of the ebook and prompts for your own personal or internal business work. You may adapt prompts and use the drafts you create, subject to applicable law and the terms of your AI tool. Do not resell, publicly distribute, or present the ebook or prompt collection as your own product. Ownership of the source material is not transferred by a purchase.
You remain responsible for the work
Check all AI-generated output for factual accuracy, fair housing, privacy, consent, intellectual-property rights, and brokerage requirements before using it. Do not submit confidential client or personal information to an AI tool without a proper basis. Outputs can be inaccurate or unsuitable. No sales results, time savings, legal compliance, or other business outcome is guaranteed.
Third-party services
AI tools and payment services are supplied by their respective providers under their own terms. Their availability, cost, and features may change. We do not endorse entering sensitive information into a third-party tool merely because a prompt can accept it.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a remedy where doing so would be unlawful, including rights that consumers cannot waive. We do not impose a blanket disclaimer that removes mandatory protections. Any dispute or applicable-law question remains subject to the mandatory law that applies to the transaction.
Changes and support
