Who is responsible?

Realtivio is operated by Datum Project LP, the seller and controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact the seller at Leof Kifisias 44, Marousi, Greece, or kotzamanisgeo@hotmail.com about personal data and this policy. The service is intended for customers in the United States.

What this website collects today

Sales are not open yet. The sandbox test checkout can collect your name, purchase email, order and payment references, test amounts and discounts, terms acceptance, and delivery records. It does not process real charges. There are no newsletter subscriptions or analytics events. It stores your cookie-notice preference when you choose to continue. The hosting service, OpenAI Sites, may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, and sign-in information to provide access and security. Hosting records are governed by the hosting service’s applicable terms and privacy information.

If you contact support

We receive your email address, the name you provide, your message, and any order information you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and resolve the issue. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, or sensitive client information. Support currently uses Microsoft Outlook/Hotmail at kotzamanisgeo@hotmail.com.

When purchases become available

We intend to process your name, purchase email, order and payment reference, amount, tax and discount information, and delivery status and the terms-acceptance record so we can accept the order, send secure download access, provide support, and maintain required records. Stripe is the intended payment provider; card details will be entered with Stripe, not stored by this website. Sandbox checkout is available for testing; live purchases remain disabled. The prepared delivery system uses Cloudflare D1 for order and email-delivery records, private Cloudflare R2 storage for the paid files, and Resend for transactional email, through the OpenAI Sites hosting setup. Support email uses Microsoft Outlook/Hotmail.

Why we process information

We process support and order information to take steps at your request and perform the purchase contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); tax and accounting records where required by law (Article 6(1)(c)); and proportionate security and fraud-prevention information for our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). If optional tracking or marketing is introduced, we will obtain consent where required (Article 6(1)(a)). A purchase is not consent to marketing.

IP addresses and data minimisation

We do not maintain a separate buyer IP-address database or use IP addresses for advertising. Hosting and payment providers may process IP addresses for service operation, fraud prevention, and security. If application security logging becomes necessary, we will limit its scope and retention and update this notice. We only request information needed for the stated purpose.

Who receives information

Information is accessible only to those who need it to operate the service, including the hosting provider and support email provider. When commerce is activated, Stripe, Cloudflare storage/database services, and Resend will receive the information needed for their roles. We may disclose records when legally required or necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

International processing

The seller is based in Greece. Hosting, email, and payment providers may process information in the European Economic Area, the United States, and other locations. Where GDPR requires a safeguard for a transfer, it must be supported by an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Contact us to request information about safeguards applicable to your data.

How long information is kept

The cookie-notice choice lasts up to 180 days. We aim to delete ordinary support correspondence within 12 months after the matter is resolved, unless it remains necessary for an ongoing issue, a legal claim, or a legal obligation. Hosting providers control their operational log retention. Before sales open, order, invoice, and delivery-record retention will be set according to applicable accounting, tax, and legal requirements; records will not be retained indefinitely merely for marketing.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some financial or legal records cannot be deleted immediately. Contact kotzamanisgeo@hotmail.com; we may request proportionate identity verification. Under GDPR we generally respond within one month, with an extension where permitted. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or your competent supervisory authority. Applicable US state privacy rights remain available where their requirements are met.

Children, security, and updates

This product is intended for adults conducting real estate work. We do not knowingly collect children’s information. No service can guarantee absolute security; we use proportionate access controls and avoid collecting card information. We will revise this policy if the service or its data practices change.
