All sales final, subject to your rights
Because the product is digital content intended for immediate delivery, purchases are final and we do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind or because a buyer no longer needs the product. This does not exclude refunds, replacements, or other remedies required by applicable law, including where content is not delivered, defective, or materially different from its description. It does not limit rights relating to duplicate or unauthorised charges.
Automatic delivery after confirmed payment
The product consists of a 97-page PDF ebook and a TXT companion containing 120 prompts. Once Stripe confirms successful payment, the intended delivery system will automatically email secure download links to both files to the purchase email address. No physical item is shipped. If payment is delayed, delivery waits for confirmation. A success-page visit alone is not proof of payment. The system is available for owner-only sandbox testing.
If the email or files do not arrive
Check spam and confirm the email address used at checkout. If access is missing or a file does not open, contact kotzamanisgeo@hotmail.com with the purchase email and order reference. Do not send full card details. We will investigate and provide access or another remedy as required. We do not promise an unsupported response or delivery time.
If mandatory withdrawal rights apply
Where applicable law gives you a withdrawal right for digital content, any request for immediate delivery and acknowledgment of the effect on that right must be collected separately at checkout where required. This policy alone does not remove a statutory withdrawal right.
Promo codes and taxes
When supported at checkout, valid promo codes are entered in Stripe before payment and are subject to their displayed eligibility, expiry, usage limits, and discount terms. Discounts do not apply retrospectively unless stated. The final price, applicable taxes, and discount must be shown before you confirm payment.
